What happens when the familiar spice of mulled wine meets your afternoon coffee?

Inspired by traditional mulled wine, we pair cold brew coffee with cherry wine, bringing together roasted coffee notes and sweet-tart fruit. Vodka adds a little kick, while coffee liqueur deepens the coffee flavour. Cinnamon and star anise weave through each sip, recalling the spice-scented air of a winter market.

我們從傳統 Mulled Wine 取得靈感，以冷萃咖啡配搭櫻桃酒，讓咖啡的烘焙香與果酒的酸甜相遇，再加入伏特加與咖啡利口酒，添上酒感與更豐富的咖啡層次。肉桂與八角穿梭其中，帶出讓人想起冬日市集的溫暖香氣。

This isn't a traditional mulled wine recipe. It's our coffee-led take on those familiar winter flavours. Fruity cherry wine, bittersweet coffee and warming spice unfold as you sip, giving a seasonal favourite a fresh twist.

這不是一杯照著傳統配方做的香料熱紅酒，而是我們用咖啡重新演繹的冬日味道。櫻桃酒的果香、咖啡的甘苦與香料的暖意，在每一口之間慢慢展開。熟悉之中，又有一點新鮮感。
