Mango Pomelo Coffee Gin｜楊枝甘露咖啡氈酒

From the dessert shop to the cocktail glass, we’re giving a Hong Kong favourite a coffee-and-gin twist. Inspired by 楊枝甘露, this blend brings mango and pomelo into a new setting, where fruity sweetness meets cold brew coffee and the botanical character of gin.

從糖水舖到雞尾酒杯，我們為熟悉的港式甜品加上一點新意思。以楊枝甘露為靈感，讓芒果與西柚跳出甜品碗，遇上冷萃咖啡與氈酒的草本香。
保留讓人想起糖水舖的果香，再帶出屬於咖啡調酒的另一面。

Mango liqueur brings a rounded fruit sweetness, while pomelo syrup adds a citrusy lift. Cold brew coffee introduces a bittersweet contrast, coffee liqueur adds depth, and gin ties it together with an aromatic finish. Familiar enough to bring back a late-night dessert run with friends, different enough to make you pause for another taste.

芒果利口酒帶來飽滿的果甜，西柚糖漿添上清新的柑橘香。冷萃咖啡襯托水果風味，咖啡利口酒加深層次，再由氈酒的草本香串連起來。有點像跟朋友食完飯，再去糖水舖坐一會的熟悉感，只是這次，甜品換了一種喝法。
